Unbelievable. Around Xmas 2003 I had size 48 and nearly 100 kilos. Now, I am down to size 36 and 61 kilos. So how did I do this?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- First of all I stopped to consume stuff with sweeteners. I do not care what food industry tells me, it is a fact that I have eaten like a pig when I used to drink light lemonade and that I did not have that problem ever after when I stopped consumption of this.&lt;br /&gt;- Second was to add a bit of sport to my life. In my case, it was that job in the service of a cafe that helped me alot, as you have to walk the whole day. And...a certain kind of thing I call here "private sport" can help, too. It is healthy, it makes you happy and you are not hungry afterwards ;).&lt;br /&gt;- Third was to look for fat in my food. Hey, I still like to have a pizza from time to time, and I go to the diner. The important thing is just to do it not too frequently.&lt;br /&gt;-Fourth: Stop eating when you are not hungry. We all eat chips, chocolate or even a healthy apple of various reasons that have nothing to do about hunger. So that's where all the calories come frome that nobody needs!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now to get a slightly "more perfect" body as such a weight loss has its results I am doing this. I had the plan to do this since quite a time. In general, I like my body. It is far away from being perfect, but it is not bad at all. And to be honest I could not really afford a "make-over" :). But I like sportive bodies alot. And to me most expressive was Uma Thurman in Kill Bill. Okay, I am sure she had the time and money to work out 8 hours a day if necessary, and good trainers at her side. But I want to get there,too. And this is how I will do it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My workout today:&lt;br /&gt;10 minutes on the AB King&lt;br /&gt;30 minutes Dancing&lt;br /&gt;10 basic barbell workouts&lt;br /&gt;My nutrition facts for today:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Breakfast:&lt;/span&gt; rasperry joghurt 0,1 % fat  117 kcal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Lunch:&lt;/span&gt; Lye Roll 230 kcal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dinner:&lt;/span&gt; 100 g pasta with cheese approx. 700 kcal (Calculated with help of a chart)&lt;br /&gt;6 cups of coffee, 1 Liter Water&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1860/1917/1600/nugtya.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1860/1917/200/nugtya.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Overall daily consumation: 1047 kcal Basic metabolic rate: 1493 kcal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This means even if I rested the whole day in bed I would have a &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;minus of 446 kcal&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;= 49 gramms of fat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well currently I am having a bit of muscle ache in my arms, but I guess this is a good sign if it does not get too heavy.
