Day number 1: I start off
Okay. I had the plan to do this since quite a time. In general, I like my body. It is far away from being perfect, but it is not bad at all. And to be honest I could not really afford a "make-over" :). But I like sportive bodies alot. And to me most expressive was Uma Thurman in Kill Bill. Okay, I am sure she had the time and money to work out 8 hours a day if necessary, and good trainers at her side. But I want to get there,too. And this is how I will do it!My workout today:
10 minutes on the AB King
30 minutes Dancing
10 basic barbell workouts
My nutrition facts for today:
Breakfast: rasperry joghurt 0,1 % fat 117 kcal
Lunch: Lye Roll 230 kcal
Dinner: 100 g pasta with cheese approx. 700 kcal (Calculated with help of a chart)
6 cups of coffee, 1 Liter Water

Overall daily consumation: 1047 kcal Basic metabolic rate: 1493 kcal
This means even if I rested the whole day in bed I would have a minus of 446 kcal = 49 gramms of fat
Well currently I am having a bit of muscle ache in my arms, but I guess this is a good sign if it does not get too heavy. Cu tomorrow!
