I admit I was lazy today

I did not really do a lot of workout, but I have the feeling I catched a flue.

My workout today:

5 minutes of crunches

My nutrition facts for today:

breakfast: 1 rice pudding, 220 kcal
lunch: little piece of fancy cake, 50 g, approx. 230 kcal
Diner: Low fat pizza 595 kcal
A piece of "kinderschokolade" 117 kcal
5 cups of coffee, 1,5 liters of water.
Overall daily consumption: 1162 kcal Basic metabolic rate: 1493 kcal

Hey even with a piece of chocolate, a little piece of cake and a sweet rice pudding I stay below my daily basic nutrition! Unbelievable. So I should have lost anyway at least 36 g of fat.

This is going to be still alot of work...cya!

How did I lose weight

Due to the comment I would like to hand out another part of my story. Around Xmas 2003 I had size 48 and nearly 100 kilos. Now, I am down to size 36 and 61 kilos. So how did I do this?

- First of all I stopped to consume stuff with sweeteners. I do not care what food industry tells me, it is a fact that I have eaten like a pig when I used to drink light lemonade and that I did not have that problem ever after when I stopped consumption of this.
- Second was to add a bit of sport to my life. In my case, it was that job in the service of a cafe that helped me alot, as you have to walk the whole day. And...a certain kind of thing I call here "private sport" can help, too. It is healthy, it makes you happy and you are not hungry afterwards ;).
- Third was to look for fat in my food. Hey, I still like to have a pizza from time to time, and I go to the diner. The important thing is just to do it not too frequently.
-Fourth: Stop eating when you are not hungry. We all eat chips, chocolate or even a healthy apple of various reasons that have nothing to do about hunger. So that's where all the calories come frome that nobody needs!

Now to get a slightly "more perfect" body as such a weight loss has its results I am doing this. Maybe some of my knowledge will be helpfull to some of you out there :)

My workout today:

10 Minutes on the AB King
4 hours of Cafe Service
1 hour of "private sport"

My food facts for today:

Breakfast: mango yoghurt 0,1% fat 117 kcal
Lunch: Rye Sandwich with white cheese and tomatoes, approx. 300 kcal
Dinner:Cheese Fondue (a special thing in this area) 250 g and bread 150g approx. 980 kcal.
4 Cups of Coffee, 1,5 liter water, 1,5 glasses of white wine, dry: approx. 220 kcal
Overall daily consumation: 1617 kcal Basic metabolic rate: 1493 kcal

This means I have slightly consumed over my basic rate but as I have been moving around today I should have a +- 0 day.

Day number 1: I start off

Okay. I had the plan to do this since quite a time. In general, I like my body. It is far away from being perfect, but it is not bad at all. And to be honest I could not really afford a "make-over" :). But I like sportive bodies alot. And to me most expressive was Uma Thurman in Kill Bill. Okay, I am sure she had the time and money to work out 8 hours a day if necessary, and good trainers at her side. But I want to get there,too. And this is how I will do it!

My workout today:
10 minutes on the AB King
30 minutes Dancing
10 basic barbell workouts
My nutrition facts for today:

Breakfast: rasperry joghurt 0,1 % fat 117 kcal
Lunch: Lye Roll 230 kcal
Dinner: 100 g pasta with cheese approx. 700 kcal (Calculated with help of a chart)
6 cups of coffee, 1 Liter Water

Overall daily consumation: 1047 kcal Basic metabolic rate: 1493 kcal

This means even if I rested the whole day in bed I would have a minus of 446 kcal = 49 gramms of fat

Well currently I am having a bit of muscle ache in my arms, but I guess this is a good sign if it does not get too heavy. Cu tomorrow!
